Remembrance Day, Trafalgar Square London
I was away from the internet on Remembrance Day, so consider this a belated tribute.
A few years ago I was in London for Remembrance Day, so I decided to go to the Remembrance Sunday wreath laying and march. Given what I’d heard about the crowds, I headed over there early. On the way, I took this photo of the early morning light in Trafalgar Square. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed the tiny figures of two veterans, almost lost among the bollards, preparing their poppies for the parade.
