Cafe and Sculpture, National Gallery of Australia

Here’s another image of the Heads from the North sculpture at the National Gallery. The semi-open cafe faces immediately on to the marsh pond where the sculpture is installed, giving rise to the eerie images of disembodied heads staring impassively at cafe patrons.

  1. Um…why is it that no one seems to notice there is a strange head looking at them? This is a crazy scene. It made me stop and think. A very clever capture!
