Kata Tjuta and Uluru, Central Australia

A helicopter flight give you the best views of Kata Tjuta (the Olgas) – from the right angle you can even see Uluru (Ayers Rock) in the background. Highly recommended!

  1. This doesn’t even look real; I must come up with better feedback than stunning for your photography. I like that the rock colours darken with the increasing distance. My favourite thing about this picture is that the classic landmark, Uluru, is not the feature, but garnish on this photo; clearly distinguishable, but it hangs back from this angle as though it had stepped aside to let its neighbours take centre stage for once. I would happily put this one on my wall.
